1. Do you provide light poles?

Considering the freight,we don't suggest you use our pole. You can select the appropriate local wood poles,iron poles ,steel poles,even the light can be fixed on the wall or other suitable place.

2. Does it work on rainy days?

Yes, it is suitable for marine. The shell material is Aluminium alloy , the inside components has anti-corrosion treatment. IP65 waterproof.It can work continuously in 3-4 rainy days.

3. What is the distance between light and human?

The detection distance between LED light and human is 10-12 meters.

4. It can work in the cold region?

Charging:0ºC~+60ºC, discharging: -15ºC~+60ºC      storage:0ºC~+45ºC

5. OEM is okay?Is  it free?  
                                                 
Yes, we supply OEM service. It is free if the order quantity over 500pcs.

6. Service after sale.

 The warranty is 2 years. if has problem, we will ask customer to take photos or video for analysis, if quality problem, we will replace spare part for customer in next order shipment. Or delivered by DHL, but the freight cost will be paid by customer.

7. Ac mains complementary can be made?

 There is no AC backup model. Compare with AC street light, the advantage of all in one solar street light is saving much construction and material cost.
